Returns Policy
The request window for a return is 14 days after receiving your item.
Return Procedure
To start a return, contact us first at hi@evamp.co.uk. If accepted, you will receive a confirmation, warehouse booking details, and special warehouse labels. Items sent without prior contact will be rejected.
Condition and Labeling
Items must be unopened, unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Items must be correctly labeled using the provided warehouse labels. Returns with incorrect labeling will not be recognised or processed.
Shipping Liability
The buyer is liable for organizing and paying for the return postage. Return shipping must include a signature or proof of delivery. We are not liable for items lost without such proof.
Refunds and Exceptions
We notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Contact hi@evamp.co.uk if 15 business days pass since approval. Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
European Union
If merchandise ships to the EU, you retain the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without justification, provided the item meets all condition requirements.
Manufacturer Warranty
The warranty period is 2 years from purchase. It covers manufacturer faults causing product failure. All items are tested before shipping.
Claiming Warranty
To claim, message us within the warranty period. You must be the original buyer and provide proof of purchase. The buyer is liable for returning the item using a signed-for service. We will repair or replace the item with a like-for-like or similar. Replacement or repaired items retain the remaining warranty period.
Exclusions (Invalidates Warranty)
Warranty is invalidated by deliberate or accidental damage. It does not cover rust or water damage. Tampering, customisation, misuse, or neglect also invalidate the warranty.
Inspection Fee
If inspection finds the item working correctly or the warranty is void, we reserve the right to charge a £20 admin fee plus shipping cost to return the item. This fee must be paid before the item is returned.
