Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential Delays: High volume orders or postal service problems may cause delays. If there is a significant delay please contact us on evamp.co.uk.
Domestic and International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
oocco limited trading as evamp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages and Lost Shipments
oocco limited trading as evamp is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If the tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier immediately. We will assist by filing a claim on our end after 3 days of non-delivery confirmation.
